     Sweden was a pagan country until XI century Christianization campaigns began at the year of 829, in the year of 1000 Christianism was the most influent religion in Sweden. After the protestant reform in 1530, Sweden became a Lutheran country, this “status” was maintained until 2000, with the liberalization of religion, but the law of Religious Freedom exists since 1951. In the last years, the percentage of members of the national church has decreased comparing with the increase of population.
